Commissions are calculated on net revenue after refunds and processing fees. Accounts you refer must be new to Aqua Voice. We can end the partnership if the guidelines below are broken, and you can leave whenever you like, with anything already earned still paid out.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a referral actually pay?
25% of what the customer pays, for their first 12 months. On the annual plans that works out to $24 for a Pro customer, $72 for Max, and $36 per Team seat. A creator who converts five Pro customers clears the $100 payout threshold.
How long does the tracking last?
60 days. If someone clicks your link, installs Aqua Voice, uses the free plan for a month, and upgrades in week seven, you still get credit. That window is deliberately long because most people try dictation on one device and buy on another.
When do I get paid?
Payouts go out during the first business week of each month and cover everything that cleared the 30-day holding period. If your balance is under $100 it rolls forward to the next cycle rather than being forfeited.
Why is there a holding period?
So a refunded subscription does not turn into a commission we have to claw back from you later. Thirty days covers the refund window, after which a sale is settled and yours.
Do referrals count if someone starts on the free plan?
Yes. The free Starter plan is 1,000 words with no credit card, so most people start there. Your 60-day cookie is what matters, and an upgrade inside that window credits you.
How is this different from the referral link in my Aqua Voice app?
The in-app referral program is for everyday users: you share your link, and when someone you referred subscribes, you get a one-time $10 account credit. The creator program pays cash instead, at 25% for 12 months, and requires an application. If you are approved as a creator, use your creator link, because the two do not stack.
Do I need a big following to be approved?
No. We care more about fit than reach. A 2,000-subscriber newsletter for backend engineers is a better fit than a general tech channel ten times the size, because the people reading it dictate technical vocabulary all day.
Can I bundle Aqua Voice with my own course or product?
Yes, as long as the license terms stay intact and the affiliate relationship is disclosed wherever the link appears.
What do I need to disclose?
That you earn a commission. #ad, “I get a cut if you sign up,” or your platform's built-in disclosure all work. This is an FTC requirement, not a house preference, and it is the one rule we enforce without exception.
