Is Aqua Pet included in every plan?

Yes. Aqua Pet is part of the Aqua Voice desktop app on every plan, including Free. Pro adds the Aqua Halo and Max adds the Laser Visor, which your pet wears while your plan includes them. Leaderboards are for paid plans.

Can I pay monthly instead of annually?

Yes. Monthly and annual billing are both available, and you can choose monthly in the checkout flow. Pro is $8 / month billed annually, or $10 / month month-to-month. Max is $24 / month billed annually, or $30 / month month-to-month.

How are Business seats billed?

Business costs $24 per seat per month or $228 per seat per year ($19 per month), with a minimum of 2 seats. For 100 or more seats, contact sales.

Do you offer a student discount?

Yes. Sign up with a school email address to get 70% off Pro and Max, with monthly or annual billing. Pro is $2.40 / month billed annually, or $3 / month month-to-month. Max is $7.20 / month billed annually, or $9 / month month-to-month. Verification accepts .edu along with international academic domains such as .ac.uk, .ac.jp, .ac.kr and .ac.in.

What security reports and certifications does Aqua Voice have?

Aqua Voice has a SOC 2 Type II audit report and is ISO 27001 certified, and GDPR and HIPAA compliant. Your security team can request the SOC 2 audit report and ISO 27001 certificate from the Trust Center. Before using Aqua with protected health information, contact us to confirm which plans are covered and discuss BAA terms.
